APS LTD undertook a refurbishment within the surgery. Extra treatment, consulting rooms and toilets were added. The work carried out varied from: plumbing, air conditioning and a heat recovery system.
The Ferrers School Refurbishment
This summer we completed the refurbishment of the kitchen and dining room for The Ferrers School, Higham Ferrers with SAC Construction.
Expansion into education sector for A.P.S.
The Team at APS have hit the ground running since the start of 2016. Our projects so far are Buckingham University, Brooke Weston Academy in Corby and Weavers Academy in Wellingborough, carrying out various upgrades and maintenance to the gas installations. We are now also collaborating with DEMMA Controls to fulfill some of our customers requirements. As part of our teams continual training we are undertaking Site Management Safety Training Scheme and Site Supervisors Safety Schemes.
Huge energy bill savings at Barker Shoes
APS have replaced the boilers at Barker Shoes, Earls Barton. Currently they are seeing a saving of £1500 per month, which equates approximately to an annual heating season saving of £12,000. Because of the high efficiency of the new Remeha Gas 610 Eco Pro boilers the whole of the installation including equipment, controls and all additional work added by the client the payback time will be less than six years at the current cost of gas.
Office conversion for Medicx
We have been working on a building refurbishment in Cambridge with C & D Electrical for the RG Group the project consists of the conversion of offices into a consultancy and minor ops practice for Medicx. Also continuing with our care and repair contracts at various sites across the Midlands.
